Is this an exact simulation of a film stock?
No. It is an original film-inspired recipe combining deep blacks, warmth, muted saturation, grain and a gentle vignette.
Does vintage styling make the photo hazy?
No gray overlay is added. Warm color, restrained saturation and fine grain create the vintage feel while preserving deep blacks.
Does the filter add grain?
Yes. A small amount of deterministic fine grain is applied at higher strengths. Preview and export use the same recipe at their respective resolutions.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Image decoding, presets, preview and export run in your browser. Your selected photos are not sent to a server.
